Overview


OptoPrime Professional is to treat Amblyopia, Strabismus, and Convergence Insufficiency. It is a most advanced vision therapy technology developed on Mixed Reality Platform.

Modules of Vision Therapy

This Vision Therapy program is specially designed for 3D Stereovision problems.The program we have used to improve the depth perception, better eye teaming, eye tracking and eye-hand coordination skills. It will be more immersive, enjoyable, and fun engaging during a therapy session for the patient. It also has patient management, therapist management and generate reports for the therapies.

Stereo Vision Therapies

Monocular Fixation

The goal is to train the Brain to use the “Problem eye alone”, so Brain can develop required Neurological path or use the existing Neurological paths and keep them alive and active. To achieve this other eye is blocked using various means eg. patching

Monocular Fixation in Binocular Field

In MFBF, the goal is to train the Brain to use the problem eye while both eyes are open, where others see very little or nothing. Here Brain would consider Problem eye can see well than others and start using problem eye. The Object only will be visible in problem eye, need to play the situation like a normal game. It would appear to have real-world experience.

Vergence

In Vergence, real 3D objects with different disparity and prism in each eye. The brain tries to merge both 3D Objects to strengthen the neurological path which enables the eye to experience the 3D world. Programs we have for vergence are Fruit splash, sharpshooter, snow bowling, and Terrian runner.

Accommodation

In Accommodation, we have Snellen and Logmar chart to calibrate the visual acuity for the patient. Where you have the ambiance of the room.

Trainer

In Stereopsis trainer, we will show the real 3D object to expose stereovision with different disparity and prism. In Random dots, we will show a big board of random dots, two different images will be shown in each eye, because of the offset in random-dot, the patient will see an object embed in the random dots and need to identify. Which improves the depth perception for the patient.

Brockstring

We have first developed the brockstring in the simulation world, it has fine grain precision control which is impossible in the real world. A therapist can control the three beads using controllers. the two strings appear to form an "X", "A" and "V" to improve the convergence insufficiency.

Antisuppression

Training the Brain to see using both the eyes, the targets visible in one eye is not visible in other eye forcing Brain to use both the eyes.

Oculomotor

In Oscillators, it is similar to a ball tied with string and makes the patient focus during the motion. Instead of a ball, we have alphabets, numbers, vegetables, and fruits as the object rotate in multiple directions such as the pendulum, swing around, circular, swing in front, triangle, square and square diagonal.
